Welcome to the Eureka Springs! Let us introduce you to one of the best art communities in the south central United States. Eureka Springs has been home to a thriving community of artists since the early 1900's.
The Eureka Springs Artists Registry was founded in 2004 to provide an online presence for this community of artists to show their work to art patrons, galleries, and museums around the world. In March of 2008 the Eureka Springs Artists Registry opened its gallery and offices at 3B Dogwood Ridge. The gallery showcases and offers for sale many of the works you see on our web site; and will also host special events and exhibits. When in Eureka Springs be sure to drop by and see us.

Eureka Springs, An American Style Top 25 Arts Destination!
Eureka Springs, Arkansas the ultimate destination in the south-central United States for the arts, cultural and heritage traveler. Eureka Springs has been designated as one of America's Dozen Distinctive Designations, and has been named as a Preserve America Community.
Surrounded by two lakes, and two Rivers, Eureka Springs is a jewel set in a recreational paradise. Located just 40 minutes away from Bentonville, the home of corporate giant WalMart and future home of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Eureka Springs is the perfect place to spend a weekend, a week, or a lifetime! It won't take you long to discover why this wooded paradise was voted by the readers of American Style magazine as a TOP 25 ARTS DESTINATION!
A destination of choice for artists since the 1800's, Eureka Springs is currently home to over 200 working artists and 20+ art galleries. A proposed artist co-op which will offer subsidized housing and studio space is currently being developed. The natural beauty of the Ozarks and peaceful environment of this eclectic mountain community make Eureka Springs a "good fit" for artists' of all mediums. In the early 1930s, Louis and Elsie Fruend established an arts school in the downtown area. Continuing the tradition, The Eureka Springs School of the Arts offers a wide variety of classes to all.
Eureka Springs is also home to the Writers Colony at Dairy Hollow. Established in June of 2000, the Writers Colony offers residency programs for experienced and emerging writers in all genres, including songwriters and composers. Writers have come from all over the world to work on their creative projects in this supportive environment.
Main Stage Creative Community Center, a 9600 square foot facility located in the arts and cultural district, is currently being renovated. Upon completion of the 1.5 million dollar renovation, this facility will offer learning centers for dance, theatre, music, arts, filmmaking and more!
The City Auditorium, located in the heart of Eureka Springs' Historic downtown district, originally opened almost 75 years ago. In 2004, the Auditorium underwent a major renovation courtesy of a grant from the National Parks Department's "Save America's Treasures" program. The Auditorium which boasts excellent acoustics in an intimate setting has featured such well-known performers as Willie Nelson, Bill Cosby, Ray Charles, Chick Corea, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Charles Brown, Buddy Guy, Allison Kraus and Union Station, Ricky Skaggs, and The Del McCoury Band.
The Inspiration Point Fine Arts Colony is in its 50th year of training, and developing young aspiring opera singers and orchestral players from the four corners of the world. This performance venue offers, "Opera In The Ozarks" each summer in Eureka Springs and has taken a place of prestigious acclaim amongst the international opera community.
